I Know Why; Yesturday in my wallet windows i made a change with command line to update time   ( every time when i run my wallet error time sync...) so i enter this command = ntptime nist.time.gov   to repair time it worked but after a while the Blockchaine render become "lagy" . So Today when i open my wallet and i run the cline GETINFO i Got

so to deal with the matter i made a ping command with CMD to to nist.time.gov in return i got "Request timed out" , so mybe i think THAT Was The Problem ! . For Now every time when i want update time i got error : {"code":-1,"message":"Receive timed out"} even to set the default time with ntptime 128.138.140.44
