Is the final stakeholders list published? UP said it would take 3 days.
As of right now I don't think anything has been published. I'd say it'll come later today or tomorrow.

There have been talks but I think we'll have to see how many stakehodlers are in the final list.
I think it'd be a good idea to spark some more interrest. The ruleset imho would have to be more strict though.
totally agree with you. Only selecting people who are willing to actively promote and contribute to NEM would be a huge plus.
