12 ETH was sent to a new Metamask wallet, and the seedphrase written down. We have all 12 words.
But when we try to restore the wallet, all associated addresses seem to be empty.
There are many situations that can happen here.
You may have entered a fake version of the Metamask wallet, there are currently many fake versions created to steal users' money.
You may have had an account hack and you wrote down the wrong seed phrase.
You should first check the wallet address here
https://etherscan.io/. If the wallet address is correct and 12 ETH is still in the wallet, you should carefully check your seed phrase, many cases of wrong writing from the seed can still occur.
Does anyone know any software too partially crack Ethereum seed phrases? (Try combinations of similar words)
I have never heard of Ethereum phrase cracking software.
