The era has changed, ICO isnt popular anymore right now, it was changed by IEO
IEO doesnt need bounty hunter to promote their project, just promote in big exchange so they will get big investment (if it is good)

IEO is the same ICO, only now the exchange acts as an intermediary. Which is not responsible for anything, but only takes its percentage from the sale. Thus, they did not invent anything new. Bounty hunters will always be needed, as this is the cheapest advertisement for the project.
I always believe that there will be no scammers if there are people who will be vigilant with what they will do, who will be just very cautious then we can eliminate scam projects and it will be very hard for them to raised fund. So for me, we should just always give a benefit of the doubt to every project, let's investigate them thorough as if we are police or the SEC officer trying to check if we can give them right to operate or permit.
