Im from Chile, and i opened an account some months ago in Sportsbet.io. I play and won money, and I try to withdrawal (bank transfer) but always is declined, and in the chat they dont give any reason. In my last attemp, the say that my name is wrong (impossible)
So please i need help with this

What you are saying doesnt even make sense - can you please be a little more concrete? They are not telling you why it is declined but then they tell you that your name is wrong? Nobody can help you with information like that. Sportsbet is absolutely legit and they would not just refuse to pay out winnings, there must be something you are not telling us (as usual when new guys come by and post stuff like that...)
When i ask for chat today, first they say that my name is wrong... and how is this possible, if i send the copy of my ID Card in where i confirm my identity? and in the bank transfer the info is the same, so no sense the answer that they give.
now im asking, and the "payment department" dont know what is the real reason of my problem.
so for the moment i dont know what to do...
