Just pick up a dictionary, choose out a couple (>4) random words, and you're good to go. Easy to remember and quite secure. Secure passwords don't have to be hard 
Once you have that, get a password manager, don't reuse passwords and use 2FA where possible.

Not hard and you've just increased your security by a massive amount.
