But big question is that who will trade on this exchange where no liquidity available while this coin already live on big exchanges. It is hard for this exchange to build the trust of active users on it.
It do not have liquidity but it do not mean that we do not want dogecoin listed on these exchanges. Getting listed on almost all of exchanges will make this coin the mainstream coin. With this the coin will be able to adopt in every corner of the world. people from different parts of the world are trading on different exchanges so it is important to have this coin to all the people of the world.

I would say with a very established coin like Doge it is not actually the case. Doge already is listed on a lot of exchanges and it also has brand reputation. Getting it listed on a very small new exchange with no track record could actually be dangerous given how many of the exchanges these days end up being scams.
