Correction is a normal thing. Usually after such big growth (for 46,5% during a day) there is a correction of the price.

I would say that the correction happens anyway. Traders see a big increase and begin to sell the asset taking profits, thereby causing a certain drop in prices. And after that, an asset can continue its growth if it is interesting as before.
