To answer your question - yes, BTC-Alpha is on the new Blockchain. there is no minimum swap amount but transactions lower then 50k will take a while to be swapped on the official swap site
However, if your funds were on BTC-Alpha already, they are already swapped.
BTC-Alpha officially announced, that the swap is completed and deposit and withdraw is possible again.
