I guess all such things I was asking about should be stated in manuals very long ago. Looks like the project is dead, or at list lack of professional developers and community managers. Lack of everything.
The TERA coin has unique technology and huge potential. But of course this project lacks community activity. There are no activists. There is no information about the project anywhere. Very few people know about Tere. This problem needs to be solved otherwise the project will remain an unknown startup.
