It is ruled out, "Russia is a country of democracy and fair elections."
There is a joke on this subject, I dont know how Google translator will translate it, but I will try.
Sailing in a boat after a shipwreck - Putin, Obama and Merkel.
Well, let's argue who should work the oars. Well Obama says: "I am the president of the best country in the world, I will not row oars"
Merkel says: "I am a woman, and Kansler is the best country in the world."
Putin: "Let's vote."
The picture is changing, and Obama and Merkel are working the oars.
Obama asks: "How did it happen that three of us are floating in the boat, and four have voted for him?"

You may find Russian politics like that and it is true but do you really think it is not correct for other nations? Most of them are probably fixed already, how about UK ones for example, do you really think Conservatives won't win? Those guys are the same people who brought you Theresa May and Boris Johnson but they will still somehow win the next election, that is how horrible the situation is.
How about USA? Those guys literally have two party system, which is horrible but they do, you could flip a coin and decide who wins. People think because of Trumps horrible term the result will be a clear Democrat candidate winning but Republicans still hold a lot of power over many states so if they could flip couple states Trump could still potentially win, it is weird how someone like Trump could get reelected after all of this but it all depends on two big states to vote for him and he gets it again.
So, political gambling is a bit difficult, most of the time "they" know who will win beforehand, we are the only ones that has no clue.
