In many cases, the ICOs that go for listing don't have anything concrete to show to the potential investors. All they have is an idea and in many cases not even the preliminary phase of investment is complete.
The new projects developers need extra work to catch up the investors in this current market condition which the scams projects anywhere that make the investors are not interested anymore on investing at new projects.
