Investors are now smarter about where to invest their money, if a new project is not too clear there will be problem in their fundraising, developers must go for extra approach when trying to make their project attractive to investors
You can expect the investors to be more careful and to take additional security steps to protect themselves from the scams. In many cases, the ICOs that go for listing don't have anything concrete to show to the potential investors. All they have is an idea and in many cases not even the preliminary phase of investment is complete. And in such cases the investors will be reluctant to pour their hard earned money in to them.
I think investors are just traumatized because they are often exposed to project scams that make investors lose so much that currently there are very few investors returning to participate in a project, I see many of them trying to move to IEO, which is a bit safer and more secure.
