You have to decide, you want find trustworthy exchange, or exchange which doesn't want any verification? Reliable ones want know your data, KYC is almost everywhere. Imo it's much safer to use such platforms.
Yes its better to deal with KYC than to deal with people or new exchanges that don't ask for KYC. But since OP seems to be in country which is banned then the only way they can do is go in other countries for over the Counter transaction. Just do necessary step to check if legit and secured yourself with companions.
