Has not the idea of uncensorable DNS been proposed before, while Satoshi was around?

I posted in that topic in 2010.
Still haven't given up on the idea.The specific idea in that topic was basically Namecoin, but implemented sort of like a naïve colored coins thing on Bitcoin. Eventually it became Namecoin. In any case, it has the censorability issues I mentioned in my OP.
Given the current developments surrounding .org TLD, I think, more people should seriously start working on your idea for uncensorable DNS.
