Personally , I lost nearly 1500$ from day trading. I do buy back theory now to recover the loss and invest on potential ico's. now i am going on a slowly steady way , if we get greedy then we end up with nothing.

Yeah it happened last year the price was not so high as we know selling for panic is not good at all so thats why you also should keep holding and never think about panic. Waiting gives reward so if you truly wants to recover your lose better keep holding and never give up on your investing goal. Trading is so good but being new you should learn it well first.
