This one though, I know... that bitcointalk has their own moderators instead.

Also, each forum thread has their own internal moderators as well.

Hence, the default thread-starter for example.

I believe that the ILCoin thread-starter for this forum topic is the same one who started the thread for ILCoin's bounty! Wink
