Marriage isn't that bad if you share goals. When you're alone you work for yourself and need 2x the time to get money for a house or a car.

In marriage you will have to share these things but you get them twice as fast. Some things like houses are meant to be shared. I don't need to drive a car all day. I just need it for an hour a day maybe so I can share it and getting it faster sure helps.

Depends on how rich your beloved is. Quite often there's a vast disparity in the money they're bringing in and they may also be shit with your money.

A geezer I knew's fiance told him her ring had to cost him three months of his salary. I would've told her to kiss my fucking arse. Funnily enough it went tits up and in the decade since she's done everything within her power to destroy him.
