Should we need to upload a passport ? if we don't have passport then what happens to our claims
I think you have to add a document because KYC/AML is needed for a claim. It doesn't have to be a passport, your ID or driver license is also good.
If you can't provide and confirm your true identity I don't think the claim will be possible. Still, you can try and fill the documents because this is the first time ever and nobody knows how it will proceed further.
