That is correct. This exchange has a lot of scam accusations and as I said, I still consider it as a scam, but as you said a lot of users eager to make a living off bounties. As far this dudes are promising to pay in BTC and escrow the funds, let the mentioned users (Bounty hunters) make some money out of the offered campaign.

Why haven't you banned who is an obvious scammer?

Answer :  Possible (or real, not for me to decide) scams are not moderated to prevent moderator abuse. If we start picking out which ones we call "scammers" and ban, we would make a lot of decisions based on biased opinions.

P.S. I still highly doubt that they will start promised escrowed campaign.
