I dont know, but im sure Poloniex wont steal your 0.02 BTC. Just wait for an answer, its 1 guy running the site so he might be sleeping/offline/something, its sunday anyways. Why Transaction is not showing in the BlockChain after 12 hours is this sound right for you.
