When attempting to withdraw vol from biss to the volscan wallet biss gives an error, " incorrect withdrawal address or chain name err 40010"

The address was copy pasted from the volscan site leaving 0 room for user error on entering the address.

why is this?

Also Not much information on volscan including the blue book on the vol main page. Mentions " refer to the wallet setup guide" however there is not one linked.

I want to get my vol off of the scam biss exchange and into the proper vol wallet to hodl or stake.
