I have bought some of the alts a month ago (Newscrypto.io and MargiX) as i believe now is the best time to buy altcoin as they are cheap and the projects have a nice idea. Surely i dont expect any of altcoins to explode before MArch/April 2020, but it would be a nice suprise.
Never heard of your alts, but I'm not surprised. Anyway, buying coins just because they are cheap isn't the best advice ever. Just look through this alt forum since 2018. People kept saying it, and if you take all those times people said to buy, and all those times people said lows would never be achieved again, and compared to today, you'll realize it's all just hype.
