Unfortunately I don't know of any reliable exchange for all Europeans. I now use a local exchange which works only in my country. I know exactly where their office is and I can actually go there talk to them in person. The "big exchanges" as they call them seem extremely shady. We don't really know who stays behind them and where exactly are they located. I don't want to use such services. I hope that eventual regulation will bring honest and reliable exchanges in the market. This is still the biggest weakness of cryptocurrencies.

the exchange regulation bring in, will they give all user information to the regulation? for example, FBitcoinI Exchange? i am sure it helps to arrest any bitcoiner with a charge of money laundering

I think we need regulated exchanges with clear rules. The current shell companies and personal websites run by 10 years old are not the exchanges I want. I don't want to see more gox episodes in the future. It will destroy any confidence in bitcoin.
