my 1920x got around 7kh/s. overall the build was $500-700. Amazon has a deal going for $200 for the 1920x. I probably went overboard with the amount of ram. I thought it needed 2 gb per thread... no, its 2gb per numa node. and 1920x is just 1 node. So you could get away with 8gb to 16 gb prolly.

Yes, 3600 Mhz ram speed works well in general.
For Ryzen general tips are:
- Turn off PBO and auto overclocking.
- Manually Overclock CPU (Ryzen Master) and increase core voltage.
- Turn on XMP profile on BIOS.
- Tune memory using Ryzen Dram Calculator

AFA as ram is samsung b-die still the goto option, any specific recommendations on what 32gb kit?
Also AM4 Ryzen doesn't like to clock over 2 slots well is the TH series the same?
Added: just watched the vid, good info. I like this Anthony guy, he knows what he's talking about. I've had LTT on ignore forever since that whining sniveling Linus doesn't know jack shit (I watched one of his vids on system building where he did everything wrong and thought "jesus i hope the kids don't do what this moron is doing")(also he was such a massive fanboi i couldn't listen to him) and i was getting spammed with his channel. With the decoupling he touched on i was reminded of my 939 socket OC days.
