In my own opinion, if the government knows about Satoshi and he's real identity, i think they will just ask questions about him and why he created bitcoin. I also think they won't kill him because he doesn't violate anything about cyber crime laws, that is why it is not a huge risk for Satoshi to get killed by the government, but it is dangerous for Satoshi to reveal his real identity because someone could steal from him.
