I'd be extra cautious about coins or tokens like that, because some of them are very easy for someone to pump and dump, because usually they're trading at a very low valuation and it doesn't take much money to do so.

If you're looking at coins that have already increased like 50% or whatever in a day, you've probably already missed the boat on them.  And I wouldn't consider shit coins to be worth your time, even if some of them could be traded in the short term for a profit.  They're very risky and you never know if there's going to be enough market liquidity when you go to sell them.
