I think its not yet started because bitcoin is still in down we all know if bitcoin down all altcoins are affected. So i think for now you can buy some altcoins and you gonna hold it. But don't expect because i know you know that altcoins and bitcoin are not stable for now. So think many times before you go with it so that no regretting in coming days.
