To me, the top performers have been BlocPal (actually have a working product), BNB (because binance, duh) and chainlink!

You can easily surpass 10 if you really want to count all the successful ERC20 ICOs. Back then, the Ethereum platform was the king in terms of ICO launching and offering. Almost 99% of new cryptocurrency projects are built on the Ethereum network and most of them are choosing ERC20-based coins. But this also include shitcoins. Token creation was provided free and easy by the network.
