I think the best way to determine which altcoin would explode after dips is through great observation only. There are no systems introduced yet that tells us which altcoin would increase cause if there's already one, then everybody could have stopped waiting and just sit down and wait to see which altcoin would be the best one to invest with. There are websites that gives out predictions but that doesn't necessarily mean you need to believe it right away. Not all assumptions happens the way it was predicted so be smart and observant all by yourself most of the time.
