For the 2nd time in a row I had to contact live support because it told me to when I tried to claim the milestone free spins under the loyalty program. Live support was genuinely nice, as usual, and told me they thought it might have something to do with the size of the bet for the free spins it was trying to give me so they fixed it and actually increased the bet size, which was very nice of them...

If they honestly increased the bet size, I completely give up on this loyalty program. It's a complete waste of effort!
