Support responds with template answers (like: We know about your problem and referred it to the technical department). I have 8 BTC at my account balance and it looks like they are scammers. Bitcointalk is my last hope for a positive outcome...
It would be great if you could help or at east answer to this member because he is already struggling with support for a long time and as a Bitcointalk members search for help here which is obvious in my opinion and I would do this same.
