You guys are absolutely the worst online poker site in the history of online poker sites I think. Worst support agents in the business as well in my opinion. Currently waiting on a deposit to hit my account and tried to go to live chat, just to discover you are under attack yet again and all tourneys are suspended or cancelled. No live agent available as well to explain anything to anyone.
You guys get attacked every damn time you have big events. why not use some of that rake money and actually upgrade your damn site? I thought you just did an upgrade to the site but nothing seems to be working currently since the update. Player points aren't updating, casino has been downgraded, tourneys were offline for over a week, sportsbook disabled, and who knows what else that I haven't discovered yet.

I'm a little shocked. These guys did not even bother to answer your comments. Do they really have such big problems? Or they dont care about their customers at all. I think that everyone understands that such reviews negatively affect their reputation and they will not be able to exist normally in the gambling market.
He is correct, the site doesn't care the customers, you can see my previous post, they don't care cheators' multi-account, they are fucking cheating on the ground.
