They are paying all withdrawals , if you didn't receive your payment just write to support and they will solve it soon.
I also having this problem now it is over 48 hours but still nothing received. This is very long time in online gambling they should improve their system and make it automated.
Maybe they do manual withdrawal for all withdrawals since they are offering a good amount through the airdrop.
I believe there are many tries to create multiple accounts here to abuse the airdrop so they need to make sure that all withdrawals are legit (not an abuse).
Unless the amount you try to withdrawal is from your own deposit then it is indeed annoying to wait but if your withdrawal amount came from the airdrop then I suggest you to wait a little longer.
