Now I started to participate only in bounty campaigns that pay with bitcoin or ether for my work because really the tokens we received earlier fall in price 20 times when they go to exchanges and that is why there is no point in participating in such projects

what you do is right, but if everyone thinks like you then there will be no development in the crypto market. there are only old coins and old projects that continue to innovate. and those who do not develop themselves will disappear. New projects are the best market solution because not all new projects with new coins are bad. we must judge them by their team's performance.

You must see the fact that even those good new projects that already traded in the market has already started to be traded below the ico price and that means the market is not even taking the performance of the project itself as the main indicator. Remember the performance doesn't always mean if that will create a good usability for the token.
