To the others that aren't getting great "milestone" bonuses. It's not just you!
For the 2nd time in a row I had to contact live support because it told me to when I tried to claim the milestone free spins under the loyalty program. Live support was genuinely nice, as usual, and told me they thought it might have something to do with the size of the bet for the free spins it was trying to give me so they fixed it and actually increased the bet size, which was very nice of them...
38,754.80 wagered (ALL raw deposits) to receive a set of free spins ( five spins at 0.40)...

If they honestly increased the bet size, I completely give up on this loyalty program. It's a complete waste of effort!

First of all I'm sorry to hear about your problems with our Loyalty Club. I forwarded your case & feedback further to double check the issue as it sounded awfully wrong.
Our development team immediately investigated and found out that there was a temporary time out and therefore incorrect data was used to calculate your rewards.
Your correct Loyalty reward has been added and further details has been sent to you by email - I think (and hope) you'll be glad to read it
