Having an alt account is not against the forum rules but it could be against the campaign rules, I think bounty managers knows about the alts but without proof they can't say that it has violated the terms. Actually there are members here who are looking for campaign abusers and they are successful in looking it due to link in address or social media accounts, but if you say that there are only few real members, I guess I would disagree with that since the forum has a lot of members.
