Don't do bussines with Hakai World. I just got scammed by this guy for 60€ as I was trying to get a bet365/Skrill acoount. I've sent him 60 euro and after I made the transaction he deleted the chat on Telegram and refused to reply. I've sent ihm a private message on this forum and still no reply. I have photos as prove if you want. Don't waste your money and time with him.
