I think idax IT's were not done integrating into the new codes or maybe they are still under maintenance. Let's wait another few days for them to comply.
It's too long for the waiting man, more user wasn't able to get even a single response from idex about the issue. What do you think is goin on?
As far as I know, there was also some urgent announcement on their website stating that their Global CEO have gone missing with unknown cause and IDAX Global staffs were out of touch with IDAX Global CEO. This could be one of the main reason.
