I keep reading about a config file for cgminer but I can't find it. Is it made when you make changes to cgminer with commands wail it is running? I start cgminer with a  bat file. This works fine but I am trying to learn more about cgminer. Am i doing something wrong? I also can't figure out what they mean when they say compiling cgminer.
