I decided to transfer money through a mixer 1900$ privcoin.io
Pointed everything right.
Such a letter has arrived:
«Total BTC received and confirmed: 0.27776967. This amount will be forwarded shortly. Please tell your friends about us .»

I wrote to them in the mail, but I did not wait for an answer.
Tell me what to do?

Honestly speaking I never heard of this mixer. Why would you chose this site in the first place? You could go with ChipMixer.

Scamming BTC by providing mixing service is really easy.

Ignorant people think it's legit since it came from Google search at the first

I am pretty sure this was your case since you have not got your coins.

Fair, there are definitely quite a lot of mixers out there, and there is no doubt that chipmixer is the most popular/trusted one. But it lacks a lot of other features that other mixers offer (mostly talking about multi-currency mixing, which is when you send in BTC, and then receive ETH back, making transactions literally impossible to track).

That's one of privcoins main features, and it's one of their rises to fame. They've been around bitcointalk for a couple years now, and I've seen people use them fairly well.

I am sure one of privcoins support members will get to you - maybe move this to reputation/scam accusations to get more attention.
