Let's say one wants to sync the blockchain from scratch. What kind of download speeds are we talking about?
There are many variable which affect download speed, but it's way slower than Fiber connection and it's latency/ping is very high.
But it's fast enough to make HDD or old/low-end CPU running 100% all the time.
