As far as I know right now bitcoin price is little bit low and in near future price will rise again. So I think it is best time to buy Bitcoin.
Today's bitcoin price is low compared to last month's price so I think its a good time for us to buy a lot today.
And if it drops in the next few weeks we won't be scared, because as you said bitcoin prices will rise in the future, and I think it's close, when bitcoin halving is completely done.
