It is not guarantee, when I look to the coins who have been successful to launch through IEO/ICO its price just will give you a profit for short time, so I will doubt you will get your all money back. I just wanna know, have you learn first to get profit thorugh those ways? until you decided to sell your car and join with IEO/ICO. I will be prefer (if I were you) to store them on bitcoin onlu and choose long term investment because in a few year a head bitcoin will face halving event and I'm sure if its price will increase drastically.
