It appears you completely missed part of my post that I was referring to the exact creation date for Philippines board (14/01/2016 [check #203 - #207 posts]).

Perhaps you should also consider renaming "ID to Topic #" in the "Other languages" table and also change their board numbers to their respective topic numbers.
