Although described in the OP, the title did not state the "lacking merit" part. Ive readjusted it to make it clearer.
Youd therefore be in other sorts of lists (lacking Activity), such as this one:

Then its all about the Magical Activity Number each one got assigned when the account was created. As far as Im aware, that number is unknown to us.

Good point. That is why I included the DT trust counters along with the rest of the information, although one should read the feedback too to make understand the reasons behind the trust ratings, and get a composition of the complete picture.
