It takes about 3-5 business days to transfer shares from LMB to Havelock. I just went through the process myself, and it worked just fine, but takes a few days.
Anyone hoping to do it today for arbitrage is probably going to be disappointed.
I've had shares transfered by TAT before, first time took a couple hours.
It's in the Neo&Bee's best interest to accelerate this process in these last few hours.
