Because Sistemkoin held Moozicore IEO this summer. I think the team isn't even going to do something with price. The first bad sign was fake volume on Coinbene. And now we see actual daily volume that about 1-2k$. 
Yes, almost of exchanges that they choose to conduct IEO are using fake volume. You can see this list of liquidity from Coinmarketcap: https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/liquidity/, Sistemkoin is not even on this list. All they want to do is raise as much capital as possible from the investor and run away.
