Most bounties have terms and conditions as the project team makes the final decision, and when you participate you have to agree with it. So you can not ask for the above.
As bounty managers, they should be responsible for information, the information that bounty hunters needed. I agree that bounty managers should guide the bounty team from the start until the end, what I mean is that, if there is such new rules given by the team, the manager should give it to the bounty hunters so they can know.
