I'm sure you already have found your answer, but my answer would be pretty similar to what reviews you can find around the internet. Overall I'd say there's better alternatives. Seem to be heavily motivated by profit and because there isn't a ton of volume it makes it more difficult. Their liquidation price is determined by the limit order you buy/sell into, but their listed "market price" is what liquidates it, and you can only buy/sell from the order book instead of the listed market price. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but 90% of the time the order book is several orders of magnitude different than the market price. On several occasions I've seen trades that would be instantly liquidated because the market price is so far above/below the lowest/highest buy/sell limit orders in the order books($50 difference). I emailed the support about this, only to exchange dialogue with one of the most unfriendly and condescending individuals I've ever interacted with. To sum it up, talking around every point in the email, instead opting to put words in my mouth and blaming their broken/rigged system on essentially me being a "bad trader". Since I've been under the impression that their support are the most oblivious people out there about their own exchange, or they are the people responsible for spamming the order books with limit orders that will immediately wreck trades. No matter what type of order you choose, you'll open it 5-10% in the negative. In short, I wouldn't really waste your time with this exchange, assuming you haven't yet. Not a single positive thing to say about it and the vast majority of people promoting it are only doing it for payment. All in all I'd say the reviews you can find everywhere else are pretty accurate in  saying that this exchange is unprofessional and on the shadier end of where they come.
